RX-10045
RX-10045: RX-10045 is a synthetic resolvin analog formulated for topical application to treat eye disease. In pre-clinical models, RX-10045 has demonstrated potent efficacy in models of dry eye and neovascular retinopathy. RX-10045 is targeted initially to treat patients with dry eye. Because therapeutic concentrations are achieved in the retina following topical application as eye drops, RX-10045 will also be developed asa topical to treat retinal disease.
